This place isn’t concerned with your experience or maintaining your business. I signed up for the membership service and found it very hard to get an appointment that met my timeframe in the allotted month. Needless to say I started building up services. 13 to be exact. I spoke to a representative there and they informed me that I could pause my membership to catch up on services. I was also told that I could transfer services that I paid for to others as well. I thought this would be great. However when I tried to book an appointment for my wife I was informed that I would have to pay a “pause of service fee and a transfer fee”. I have now lost over $700.00 in membership fees and will never allow these people to take another dime from me.

I don’t know what is about these places. But they quote you one thing on the phone, you book an appointment, then at check out the price of doubled.
