I’m visiting from Michigan and my uncle and aunt got my a gift card for this place. My experience was nothing but amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Kevin did my massage and he was exceptional, very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was doing and educated me on my muscles and they important rolls play in our body. Most people want a relaxing massage but I tell you after my 60 minutes with him I walked out of there with better posture and felt a hundred times better than when I walked in. I wait til the morning after to do my review because I honestly wanted to see how I felt the next day. And while I am a little sore it’s nothing to what I felt in the part from just a “normal” massage. Kevin knows what he is doing. I even booked another massage for next week with Kevin. Thank you hand and Stone. And thank you Kevin.

Here I sit in the parking lot as the massage therapist whom I was scheduled with at 6:45 “walked out and we have no idea what happened.” My husband, of course, is having his scheduled massage and now I wait for him in order to have dinner on our date night. Of course, this appointment has been on the calendar since August 5 as they over sell memberships and cannot get one scheduled in any timeframe that’s not weeks away.

My massage therapist, Corey, was great. Management is the problem. Was contacted this weekend about more than 7 months of membership charges being charged to someone else’s card. I felt like I was being accused of doing something illegal. I provided a valid credit card number, so I don’t know what happened to it or who was paying for my services. You should watch your credit cards very closely if you are a member here.

I have been using this location for years (I would say 8ish years) as well as my husband. The last year has been very difficult to stomach. The therapist are not a problem but the scheduling and management are terrible. Recently I have to schedule months in advance and thats very hard as a working mom. I would love to speak with the owner about my recent experience. I just know this is not how they would want their spa to be represented. At least that’s not how they ran it for many years. Unfortunately for everyone I believe it may be time to part ways.

Excellent experience! My massage therapist was Cynthia and she did a fantastic job! I purchased a hot stone massage with added peppermint aromatherapy. I have had a few hot stone massages before but this was best by far! The interior is so clean and it smells fantastic everywhere. Their products are amazing, too. I am already a member and have purchased a gift card. I highly recommend this place!
