Had my first massage here yesterday and had a great experience. I felt relaxed, and proud of myself for doing some self-care! My massage therapist asked for input and then focused on the areas I suggested. At the end of the session, he also taught me some stretches to focus on those same areas.

I went to this location over the weekend and had such a great facial! My esthetician was very informative and actually put in so much effort for my introductory facial. I upgraded to the sensitive facial (extra $20) and did not regret it. The chest/face massage was amazing and so were the high quality products used. I definitely will become a member after learning about all the locations they have. Members also receive 20% off products (I believe or 10%) sold in the store. The place was very clean, the receptionist extremely friendly, and the rooms relaxing. Highly recommend.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHi, I had amazing experience, I plan to return , sign up for rewards program, recommend to others to receive my points BUT I have a question. How long exactly should the sorness be there. My back feels hot from the Himalayan hot rocks and hot oil. BUT my lower back kind of hurts. I thought maybe it was his elbow how deep he went in my back from the tension or the hot balls and oil. Does it wear off tomorrow? I would love to know. I looked through the reviews on both Goodle, the website and yelp but it looks like no one has had the same experience and issue. I still the the guy $15 but it’s a little uncomfortable. Anyone else? Maybe the spa will respond. & If they do or don’t I would appreciate it and I will go my separate way, never return and never recommend. If they don’t I would like my time and money back. I drove and hour and a half because I was sent to the incorrect location. I received a really wonderful facial. My skin felt great after and I was so relaxed during the time I was there. The aesthetician was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. I decided to join the membership- it’s a great deal for someone who likes to get massages/facials. I did not feel pressured into the membership at all and I am looking forward to my next one. The facility is very clean and I was very comfortable.

My services at Hand and Stone Falls Church were great! The minute I walked through the door, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Kailey did my facial and the experience was so relaxing I fell asleep! Andrew did my massage and was great at making sure the pressure was to my liking and targeted some problem areas for me. Everyone was professional, and you really can’t beat the price.
