I would not use this place at all! My story: I received a gift account last year and was accumulating massages that were banked. I wanted to cancel my account to catch up. They took their time canceling and kept charging my account.When the finally did , they failed to tell me I had to uses all my banked massages within 90 days or I lose them. The took away 6 massages for $420 dollars. When I called to complain they said everything erased and they could not help. Terrible business and tone deaf. No wonder under new management! Also I agree , they cheat you the time , usually by 10 minutes. Don’t be fooled by these people.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI received a facial from Grace and it was the most amazing experience. From start to finish, Grace made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of. She really went the extra mile and even gave me aftercare advice. This was my first facial so I was scared about irritation and discomfort but Grace was extremely knowledgeable especially when it came to sensitive skin. I left feeling not only refreshed, but my skin is GLOWING and SOFT. I think I fell asleep half way because of how relaxing it was. Definitely recommend. 10/10 would go again! I received a facial from Grace and it was the most amazing experience. From start to finish, Grace made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of. She really went the extra mile and even gave me aftercare advice. Had my first massage with Vanessa the today and it was amazing! I have experienced pain in my back between my arm recently and Vanessa knew exactly how to release some of the tension and discomfort. I left feeling relaxed and already looking forward to my next massage!

Worst massage ever- absolutely no pressure no technique not even an actual massage just someone lightly touching you, and most of the time is spent at the bar behind doing who knows what or with the hands resting on you, Masseuse was rude as well.

This review is long overdue. Danielle is by far the most amazing esthetician I’ve been to, & I’ve been to a few. Not only is her service super relaxing every single time, it is effective also! I’ve been struggling with hormonal acne for months and she is the only person who has gotten my skin to a state I haven’t seen it in since high school. She’s super sweet and you can tell how passionate she is about her work with her attention to detail and superb product recommendations. She has created a loyal client in me for life. If you have problematic skin do yourself a favor and book her!

Timer starts when you walk in the door not when your massage begins and no one mentioned this until I was in the room. I would have been fine with this if I would have known prior. Also it would have been nice if they would have offered to email the paperwork before as they have this policy. The massage itself was middle of the road, my masseuse had nails and they dug into me some :/
