Sabrina, massage therapist, was awesome! The waiting room was very nice. Everything was good except for the front desk staff. I saw an offer on Facebook for a $49.99 massage.(If you can’t treat everyone the same please don’t make those offers.) So I took the offer, however the front desk treated me like I was second class. They were talking to everyone after their massage about packages, follow up appointments, etc. Not one word was said to me about future appointments, etc. They took my payment, no other conversation. I did not like the vibe from the front desk. Everything else was great! Front desk is the first impression to a business. I would love to see Sabrina again, however don’t want to deal with the front desk.

Overall great first impression. I’ve been going to the northeast location from downtown so I was very excited to have a location closer to where I live. Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming but Sabrina, the massage therapist, was the reason I’ll be back! She was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. With her sports massage background, she knew just how to help my aching ski legs! Highly recommend!

I had a facial from Sammy and it was amazing. Sammy did a great job and explained every step before she did it. She made me feel comfortable and offered a relaxing experience. My skin still looks and feels great and its been about two weeks. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give lower than one I would. Booked through website for what was thought to be the only location in C.Springs. South location opened up Dec 8 with out any notification to members. I I followed my standard booking proceedings however I did not receive any confirmation of booking email, call or text after the time of booking. I also didn’t receive any appointment reminders the day of the service. When I called the location to confirm my appointment which was an hour before, she notified me the appointment was for the new south location. With the recent bad weather and other scheduled appointments I wouldn’t have been able to make it to the south locations since I love north. I called the new location to cancel. I was told that I would still be charged a cancellation fee and the manager would call me back later today to discuss. When she called, she told me that they require the cancellation fee whether or not I received the confirmation of booking. To me this is bad way of doing business. If I would have had a confirmation with this location I would have cancelled prior to 24-hrs due to the location not being reasonable as a customer. This business owner just wants to steal your money.
