I was not going to make it in time for my appointment. When I was canceling, I was never told about about the policy a 24 hr cancellation policy. I’ve canceled within 24 hours twice before and never been charged. So half of my payment went towards them but why should it if I didn’t even get a massage.

If you cannot use all of your massages in the time allotted, no refunds are available, nor gift card options.As busy healthcare professionals, we were not able to go regularly and the subscription withdrew monthly. I asked for cancellation and an option to transfer the services to a gift card for a friend (since they’re already paid for) but this is not an option in their current business model. If the account holder cannot use them within the specified time frame, they go unused but paid for regardless.
