Don’t like to do this.. but to reschedule appointment it’s nightmare.. terrible attitude from customer service. To try to fit me with my busy schedule I can hear how is impatient and angry person on the phone with me.. that’s why I cancel my membership! Ppl will pay MORE money if you make easier their life. This is why important to have high customer service. Looks like girls in front desc don’t like what they do .. Can’t wait to use all my massages.

I’ve been a member for over a year now and I love getting my monthly massage. My massage therapist (Amber) is amazing and I would give her 10 stars of I could! I haven’t always been thrilled with the management as there has been a lot of turn over. I also felt the company cared more about selling their product and getting the customer to upgrade, upgrade, upgrade instead of focusing on the reason customers come….relaxation! I don’t want to feel pressured into spending more money on products or upgrades right after I had a great massage…it defeats the whole purpose! I don’t blame the receptionists…I blamed the management because I know they force them to read their script. However, I’ve noticed a change in the past couple months. Better management! Customer care before profits! I never even knew I was getting reward points as a member or the free stuff I could get with them, and the manager was nice enough to explain it to me. I also do their surveys after each appointment. Last month, I commented that it would be nice to receive a coupon every now and then for taking the time to complete these every month…and this month they offered me one! I am very impressed with the new management and I hope the turn over will stop.

Staff was very friendly and the place itself was clean, relaxing, but my massage was probably the worst I’ve ever received. I tried the hot stone massage and I think the massage therapist spent more time going back & forth getting new stones than she did on the massage itself. Again, very friendly people and nice atmosphere, but if you are going due to pain or any other issues and need something more therapeutic than a gentle rub down, I would look elsewhere.

Highly recommend the Tranquility Package (80 min hot stone massage, cold stone face massage, and a foot treatment)! Received this as a gift from the holidays and was beyond pleased with the services. The customer service was exceptional, the spa overall very relaxing, well maintained, and the manager is incredible answering all my questions and concerns!

Recommend hot stone massage or regular Swedish massage or facials. Front staff is always super friendly. Facility is clean. Monthly membership is a good value. It’s very relaxing and rejuvenating.
