I signed up for the “monthly massage”. Saw 3 different (male) massage therapist (I need someone stronger). Sean was the best imo. The “hot stone” massage is not worth the Up charge- definitely lacking compared to other places (funny given there name) Had 4 massages cancelling after my 5th. I had to reschedule and they charge $35 to do so- which nobody told me about prior. My last massage was an additional $20 for deep tissue that I didn’t ask for but paid…

It all started when my wife surprise me with a message here at the Ann Arbor location for sweetie day . Wow what a experience I felt like a GOD walking on earth. From the moment I enter the place I felt the calm and soothing astonphere. They welcome me in as though they felt my tension in my body.They introduce me to my therapist named Amber who guided me to the back to perform magic on my body. Those magical hands and her knowledge of the human body made my experience through the roof top. I had tension built up in places I never knew. Amber really helped me see how important it is to maintain your body by regularly getting messages done. I thanked my wife and Amber. It felt so good that before I left I made a appointment for my wife to get one. I would recommend you to try this location out you won’t regret the experience!!!

Read the past reviews before you book! Like others have said it’s too much pressure or too little. The therapist said she likes communication about pressure but did not. When told to hard she stated ” how do you think it feels when you exercise? I’m not trying to be rude.” But that is exactly what she was so it was a waste of time and money. The worst massage I have ever had.

I brought my boyfriend here for a couples massage for his birthday. As soon as the the therapists came to greet us they did not introduce themselves or state their names, and one of the therapists was incredibly rude and condescending with an overall bad attitude. Our massages were decent, however I believe they were very overpriced.

This place is amazing! Anya was very nice and set up a massage for me and my girlfriend. Shawn has great conversation and gave great massages to us both, he is new to Hand and Stone and I couldn’t tell . Very relaxing place with the best flavored water and we do plan on coming back . Thank you guys so much for that experience! I proposed to my now fiancé on Friday when we went to dinner after. So she’ll always remember that day.
