Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to the location at 420 N 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19130 to purchase a gift card on Friday, July 9, 2021. The employees working the counter never gave me any info regarding the services available or what amount I could purchase the card for. I told her I wanted to purchase a card, she took a card from stock and asked for my credit card. I placed it in her hand and asked “what are putting on my card”, to which she said “the gift card”, I asked “how much is that”, she said “59.95”, I asked “is that the only amount I can purchase”, then the explanation of how much can be purchased on a gift card began. I gave her the amount I wanted charged to my card, she did the transaction and laid both my gift card and credit card on the counter. I said to her, “I put my credit card in your hand but you are placing it on the counter”? I found the encounter to be lacking in good customer service, it was poor quality, not professional and absolutely no communication offered until I, the customer asked. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The employees working the counter never gave me any info regarding the services available or what amount I could purchase the card for.
