A little disappointed that I was taken back at 5:08 pm when appointment was at 5 and massage was done at 6 on the dot. This included the changing time as well which I understand. However, shouldn’t the massage have ended at 6:08 all wrapped in with changing too? So in theory, you charged an hour for maybe 40 minutes of service! In addition, never asked if I wanted to sign up for membership or if I wanted to schedule another massage. Just disappointed

Aimee is my go to girl for facials for YEARS! I highly recommend Elizabeth, Shannon, Nate, and Scott for massages! Depending on your needs, if you need deep tissue to get rid of your achy muscles, Elizabeth and Nate will get them all out! Shannon is amazing as well not only with deep tissue, but her aura is just so relaxing, I find myself falling asleep every time! I’ve only had Scott once for cranial sacral, but omg if I didn’t move, I’d make this my new thing because the experience.. there are no words, you have to try it for yourself!

Had my first professional massage at this location about a month ago. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Nothing but good things to say great experience. Called the next day signed up for a membership. Hanna was my massage therapist she was informative and is good at what she does.

Worst massage at this location. I also was informed last minute that “add-ons” are not covered with a gift card. I also over heard the manager tell the front desk girl not to tell me the dollar amount left on my gift card and to only tell me I have a service left.

I had my very first Massage at the Hand &stone spa in center valley. The whole staff from check in to the massage therapist Hannah.. and check out was absolutely incredible. The girl at check in/out explained very clearly about the membership programs what’s included or not included. Tho I did not sign up now for the membership, but I definitely think I will soon. Such a great first experience I would definitely recommend this SPA location to anyone!
