My husband and I booked a 1 hr couples massage. We arrived 15 minute early and were greeted with the front office staff. They were very kind and helped us completed our intake questionnaire/waiver. We were finished completing our forms 5 minutes before our appointment started. We were taken back to our massage room approx 3 minutes after our appointment started. They explained instructions/asked how much pressure we would like and what body parts we wanted them to focus on. They left the room and told us to get undressed and on the massage table. We waited on the massage table more than 5 minutes. So, by the time our massage actually started it was about 10 minutes after our appointment time. Our massages lasted exactly 40 minutes from the time they entered the room to the time they left. I know that 1 hour massages typically end up being 50 minutes due to time needed to change/explain but 40 minutes seemed so short for the amount of money we paid. I called and talked to the front desk when I got home and she confirmed that the massage was supposed to be 50 minutes and not 40 minutes and that she would let the manager know and call me back. I have not heard back from anyone. I am so bummed that we paid almost $300 for a 40 minute massage. I would not recommend this facility for that reason.

This location has been always pleasant to work with. I really loved my therapist and then she left but I was assured I would love my new girl just as much. They were right she is amazing! Its nice to have a place close to home where I can leave my stress at the door.

I love this place! My friend was a member first and I decided to give it a shot due to an introductory special they were running for a massage & facial combo price. So glad I did… i am there twice a month between massage one day and facial the next. Staff is great, I’ve never had any issues or felt unsafe or uneasy. I consistently see Michelle & Rebecca, but have no reason to believe any of the others are less than just as stellar. Highly recommend!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I have wonderful massages from Amanda (I request her every single time!) and Rebecca is my regular facial gal, and she is so gentle and kind! I had Aimee today and she was amazing and gentle and kind as well! I love Hand & Stone and I highly recommend them!!!! Come get pampered by loving people!!

Every time I call to schedule an appointment they always have availability, this last time they even had 3 appointments for the day of. I’ve had scheduling issues at similar places of business, sometimes even waiting for 2 months before I could see a massage therapist.

My massage therapist, Kayleigh, was amazing! The receptionist’s were nice and answered my questions and did not pressure me to buy anything. I have already asked for another gift card.

We booked a couples massage and had an appointment for 2pm. We got there and checked in by 1:55pm. Having experience at other branches they normally take you in at the exact time, but at this branch they didnt take us in till 2:15. The reception approached us before being called by our therapist claiming we will get our full time, I responded, “thank you.”
