Went with my boyfriend to get our first full body massage ever. Great experience overall. Leo was hands down AMAZING: very communicative, gentle, and friendly. They also have relaxing music in the room, and the layout of the whole facility is pretty neat. Only reason why I’m giving 4 stars: front desk was pushing us to buy these memberships, packages, and schedule more sessions- a single “no, thank you” should be enough. Other than that, scheduling was easy (we booked the day before). They do have a strict policy of cancelation/no-show fees which is 50% of your purchase, so they keep your card on file. The price for the massage itself is alright, although I think that the fact that they charge extra for the couple’s room ($10 EACH, which ends up being $20 extra charge) it’s kinda off.

Do NOT go here. Beyond the fact that several months ago I had to listen to an employee loudly screaming to have a conversation, management there is nasty and has no understanding of customer service, no understanding of what loyalty or a membership is. And quite frankly I fear for my own physical safety should I go for a massage there. Do NOT recommend. Also, they will charge you even after you say that’s not an authorized charge.
