I have been coming to Hand and Stone for about 9 months now and Bailey is awesome. The pressure and massage is awesome. She always makes sure to get the knots out of my back and shoulders. CBD massage oil is the best if you have aches and pains. I bought a membership and have not been disappointed like the services at other places. There facials are awesome as well. It seems like the massage therapists and facial personnel know exactly what they are doing. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

didn’t like the experience! The customer service/ receptionist was very nice in the beginning, but was super aggressive with her sales tactics and trying to get me to purchase a package. So, the high pressure sales pitch was a nail in any deal or any future visits.

Just started a membership last month. Facial was fantastic. Of course, I did an extra add-on, which increased the price, and I purchased a NuFace device, which I love. ($$$$) This first month, I had a massage. It was lovely but too much time was wasted discussing my needs and the massage therapist was very insistent on pushing the upsell aspect. I did tip her nicely inspite of this waste of time, but, I will try someone else next time. I haven’t had a massage in years and this was definitely subpar to ones I’ve had in the past. You pay for an Hour long massage and now it includes undressing, etc plus the therapist consult prior to anything. (Oh and the incessant texts and emails wanting you to sign consent, etc. – another waste of my time). I kept an eye on the clock and it was 14 minutes to consult, undress and dress and wait for the therapist to return prior to starting the massage. Mind you, I was undressed and table ready in less than 30 seconds, and told her ready…she didn’t come in. Later, I was dressed and out of the room in less than a minute, with 4 minutes left of my hour. In the past, the therapist would discuss your needs while they were getting you situated on the table. Not sure the membership thing is going to work out, but, I’m going to give it 6 months. Will keep you posted. I definitely miss a good upper body facial, too. Those appear to be a thing of the past and are not available at H & S. BTW – this is at the Desert Ridge location.

These reviews are fake. They deserve 0 stars. Their only concern is how to take more money from you. Sing up charge is 200$. When you say no charge can drop to 0$ fast. If you need to reschedule same day they’ll charge you even if you say I’m physically ill. I had a gift card and they scheduled me for the package but later wanted to charge me more. Horrible people. Horrible business. Worse than scammers.

Me and my fiancee got the couples massage, we were first time customers and we got the members price for to session we both agreed that the sessions were good the only thing we didn’t like was the push for sales on a membership etc., over all it was a good experience
