I’ve been going to Hand and Stone Massage for a few years now, and I have to say that the massages are amazing! The staff there really know what they are doing, and even throughout the pandemic everyone has been very welcoming. Angelica gives FANTASTIC massages – I highly recommend her to anyone needing a good massage. At the front desk though, it is Maddie who I have found to be incredible. She is very professional and kind, both in person and over the phone. Even when it gets busy in the reception area, she retains a positive demeanor and a good attitude. And although the staff are still wearing masks for the most part, there was one day where I did see Maddie’s smile. I tell you, the last few appointments have been scheduled during very sunny days. But that smile of Maddie’s radiates a light that challenges the sun, and that is something I truly appreciate. Why? Well, the past couple years with COVID haven’t been easy, and so when we go into a place of business, one smile can change the whole experience. That was the case at Hand and Stone Massage. So great job everyone. And Maddie — thank you for that beautiful smile.

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile — I go to Keirre for my facials and met Samantha for the first time for a massage. All my services here have been amazing. The staff are very friendly, the member pricing is reasonable, and the experience was relaxing. The membership is worth it!

Cancelled my appointment 1 hour before my massage because the massage therapist was not able to make in due to weather and offered me another opening at 5:30 which was not ideal but understandable. When I arrived at 5:30 (after driving 25 mins from Everett) they said oh we didn’t realize you would need someone certified for prenatal massage even though my original appointment was for a prenatal massage and the person we have for you is not eligible/authorized for prenatal massages so we can offer you another time. Overall very unhappy with my experience.

Updated Review: Unfortunately, my experience with this company has ended poorly. While the message therapists are wonderful, the cancellation policies in place are soooo frustrating. The past few months it’s been impossible to get an appt that’s on the weekend or on a weeknight (this is possible if you book 1-2 months in advance) I’ve been paying more in my membership fees than I am able to actual use because of the lack of availability. So I decided that I needed to cancel. I’m required to come in to sign papers, which is wild to me since everything in the world is able to be emailed and scanned. And they will still charge for another month, because it’s a 30 day “notice”. All of my unused credits expire after 30 days as well. They gave me the option to freeze my account and save those credits, BUT I still have to drive there and sign papers for that to take effect. For me this is completely unacceptable, and 100% enough reason to find a new massage therapy company.

First visit was alright. The massage was good, but I feel like they didn’t read any of the pre-appointment paperwork and I spent time repeating information that was already there.

I’ve gone for a year or so, it’s comparable to any other hand and stone. However, it’s booked out two months in advance so I barely can use the membership. Probably will cancel unless more availability comes up.

Been a member for about 4 months now and can totally tell the difference in my skin. Love this place!

Subpar experience all around. Although everyone was professional, the front desk seemed clueless and the facial was meh. Would not return to this specific location.

I got a deep tissue massage and told the masseuse I wanted focus on my neck/shoulders area. He did focus on my shoulder a lot, but I wish that he would have pushed deeper into my muscles on my legs/arms/rest of my body/etc. The room was also freezing cold during my whole massage. It was good, not great. Wouldn’t go back to this place though. Overpriced at $120 for a massage (without tip) for only good/okay.
