My Esthetician was lovely and left my skin looking and feeling hydrated. My neck and shoulder massage was unfortunately way to soft. I left feeling more tense in those areas because I kept anticipating a deep tissue release and was meet with a soft gental brush from the hands. I did put on my form that I wanted a firm massage. I left feeling very unsatisfied in that department. It’s a mixed review but I don’t think I’ll come back here. For $50 more I think I’ll go get a 90min facial with soaking tub amenities and tea over in Portland.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe therapist are great if you can actually get an appointment. I paid for a membership but I am never able to find an appointment that isn’t 30 to 45 days out. I had to cancel an appointment last minute because my family was exposed to covid. They charged me $39. When I called they offered to refund me and I was amazed at how kind they were being. The next day, the manager took the time to screen shot my text confirming the appointment and then reprimanded me for canceling last minute as if I were a child.
