I’ve been a member for a few years now and I always look forward to my monthly massages. Although I tend to stick to one massage therapist, I’ve had opportunities to receive massages from David, Juliana and Luisa. They were all really good. There were a couple of times when H&S canceled on me due to the massage therapist not feeling well or switched me to a new therapist without advanced notice. That part of the communication could have been better. However, by in large, the massage therapists I’ve experienced have all very good and the front desk staff have always been nice. I would recommend friends and family to try H&S.

I first started coming here in October. I booked because there was a promo going on. I get facials done with Veronica and she is amazing. Veronica is professional and will thoroughly tell you what she would recommend for your skin. I would never stop going to her. As for the ladies up front, Nicole & Salem are so friendly! All these ladies will go above and beyond for you. I am so comfortable with this place and I love the people there! I would recommend!

I received a 3 month membership from my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. I used the 1st massage on 1/1/23. Kendra was very attentive to the areas that I wished for her to work on. My upper and lower back felt better then when I walked in, can’t wait for my next massage!

And the reason is that they are deceitful, and not honest, they will ask you to sign a paper and delude you that it is for the purpose of the procedure, and behind this false smile, you will discover later that you have been subjected to fraud. I advise everyone who has been scammed by this Hand and Stone massage place to tell other people to avoid what we have been exposed to.

I would recommend the services done at this place. Up to now I have only received nothing but good customer service. Unfortunately today I had a horrible experience when I called to inquire about my appointments. I spoke to a male representative around 7:55 pm and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. I shared that I had an appointment for tomorrow but I had not received a reminder like I usually do. He said that it didn’t show I had an appointment. Then he put me on hold for about 10 minutes. When I explained the situation (had extra appointments I have not used but paid for and wanted to schedule them) he schedule 3 of them, but I have 4 extra. I kept inquiring because I was still missing an appointment, he kept laughing and said he already explained to me. He was condescending when speaking to me. Then he proceeded to tell me he has “explained to me a thousand times and don’t have nothing else to say”. I told him he was being rude and he shouldn’t speak that way to customers and I wanted to talk to his manager. He replied that she was not there and hanged up on me. Completely unacceptable! I have never been treated with such disrespect!
