The massage was great, but unfortunately I’m a little upset with their method of timing. We showed up early and ended up waiting 15 minutes for the masseuse, and then he stopped 10 minutes before the hour was up. Their website claims the hour includs time to dress and prepare , but that’s why we got there early and dressed quickly, in the end it didn’t matter because he took awhile to get into the room and then stopped before the time was up. I’m not sure I’m going to be coming back, paying for an hour and only getting 40 minutes is kind of a rip off.

Only one star because you can’t leave zero. I highly do not recommend based off the unprofessionalism alone. They sold gift cards under the guise that I could take my 13 year old, this was clarified at purchase. Tried to book and got told massages were for 14 and over. They apologized saying the employee misunderstood the policy. Online policy does not state 14 and over. Called for clarification and Bianca hung up on me. Called and asked why I got hung up on and was told “sorry technical difficulties.” SUPER RUDE phone customer service. Book if you want immature people hanging up on you and taking your money.

I have been looking for a nice facial place for a while and finally after all the browsing, I decided to go with Hand & Stone Massage. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and the lady told me that they have a special complimentary offer of $79 for new customers. But, halfway through my facial, the therapist told me that an additional $40 will be added to my total charges. So instead of $79, I ended up paying $120. She also made me feel so uncomfortable by repeatedly insisting on purchasing their products. I feel like I got ripped off at this place and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to hand and stone this week and had such an incredible experience. The staff was all so accommodating, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. I got a facial done by Ally. I am an esthetician and I was just blown away by her expertise. She was so kind, made me feel so comfortable, and did a phenomenal service. She was SO educated in the products she was using and service she was providing. I already see a huge difference in my skin and will be coming back. I was having issues booking online so I called during business hours. The answering machine said text or leave a message so I texted about the appointment time I wanted plus another service, I was told there was time for both. I gave my info to book immediately and received a text an hour later saying my appointment time was booked by someone else and do I want to come another day.

The girl who gave me the facial was 1000% FANTASTIC, she really cleared yup my face and it looks so much better and healthier. I was also happy she didn’t push me to buy there products at Hands and stones, I’ve been to different spas where the girls are super pushy. The customer service in the front end however wasn’t the best. But I’d definitely go back to see the girl who gave me my facial.

Service was great until I was overcharged. The staff never apologized or took any accountability and instead acted as if it was my error. I was quoted incorrectly while in the massage room by the masseuse. Instead of identifying this as a training opportunity, they took it out on the guest and made me feel bad about THEIR mistake. Very unprofessional. The money wasn’t the problem, the error was.
