I wish I can give this place a 0 rating. I called and booked a 50 min prenatal massage. I walk in to my appointment and was asked to fill out lengthy paper work. Once I was done my paper work, my massage therapist said she can’t do the full 50mjns now since we are starting late and she has another client after me. I told her I was never communicated that I need to come early to fill out my paper work. My only option was to pay for 50 mins massage and get a massage that was not going to be 50 mins or reschedule for another day. I told them that I was not going to pay for 50min massage since I wasn’t getting a 50mjn and why would I want to come back to when I’m getting such a bad service. Why would I return???

You HAVE to try this place out! Cleanliness and professionalism is all I pay attention to in spas, and this one hit all the marks! I just moved into Tustin and noticed this spa as I was shopping, went in on my day off and got to meet the receptionist Baylee who was really professional and pretty much sold me on the membership immediately. Her knowledge of the products helped me buy a couple gifts for my family and got me arranged with a massage therapist almost immediately.

I love going to Hand and Stone! I always know I will receive a great massage, and the environment is clean, professional, and friendly. The massage therapists really know what they’re doing and make me feel at ease and cared for. I almost always leave feeling like they found spots I didn’t even know needed work done… best feeling in the world! Their massage tables are amazing: heated, very cozy, and the linens/blankets they use are very nice. It elevates the experience! I stock up on gift cards whenever they run specials so that I can get massages whenever they are needed without committing to a membership. My only complaint is they make you actually go into the store to purchase promotional gift cards, rather than being able to purchase online. Also, their website hasn’t been working for the last couple weeks to book appointments online, so I’ve had to call in…. but honestly, these are all very minor inconveniences and totally worth it for a wonderfully relaxing and relieving massage experience.

Me and my boyfriend have been going here for just about a year now. Overall, we have been very happy with the service we receive. The first few months I tried seeing a few different therapists until I found the one that I enjoyed the most. Now I am able to make appointments with him every month. The office assistants always do a really great job at welcoming all guests and making sure that you have everything you need before and after appointments. They are even able to suggest specific therapists depending on the areas you want to focus and the type of massage therapy you are looking for. The membership plan is great if you like to frequently get massages or facials, and they offer lot of flexibility with the plan that you do not get at similar businesses.

My fiancé and I came in for a couple massage therapy. The place is super clean with very nice decor. The staffs in the front were very nice and welcoming. My therapist was Danielle and she was very experienced and good. My first time getting the hot stone massage and it felt like heaven. The stones were hit but not too hot. The pressure applied was perfect. Danielle was very attentive. I would definitely come back.
