I’ve never been to a massage spa and have no prior experience to compare it to. But as far as for my first time experience, Hand and Stone was a great starting point to break in to. I truly enjoyed the massage I received which loosened all my tensed muscles and relieved my aches and pains. I am planning to return to this Spa and I’m planning to request for the same Massage Therapist, Aki. She was very professional and experienced at what she does. I would definitely recommend Hand and Stone to my family and friends.

All I can say is Lindsey is Amazing! Her skillset is one of a kind, and I almost didn’t want to leave this review in order to keep my best kept secret! If your lucky enough to book a facial with her, you won’t regreat it! She’s very experienced, personality is so easy going and the massage is worth every penny! Have kept going back & even started a membership with the Spa due to Lindsey! I hope I spelled her name right and I hope this Spa sees this review because she is really great!!!

They lack to inform cilents of what they should and shouldn’t do before an appointment (facial). They reject you service on the spot, after going to the room, wasting your time. I lost an hour of my day due to their lack of communication. This has happened on several occasions. Very disappointed.

My experiences at Hand and Stone have been amazing! My first massage was with Steven and I was absolutely hooked! I’ve been preaching the benefits of massage to EVERYONE ever since! I suffer from chronic pain issues and Steven was completely professional, courteous, and attentive. If there was an area that needed more attention, he was right on it. I’ve had such great praise for Steven that my mother-in-law, a friend visiting from Europe, and my husband have all gone to him since my initial visit. Each person leaves their session feeling renewed!

My husband and I just had a couples massage at this location. While my husband had a great massage, mine was absolutely horrendous. Never experienced such a terrible massage in my life. My masseuse was aggressively rough while handling me, worked at an intensely fast pace the whole time. Never focusing on any muscles. Just slapping my skin in random motions. Then to top it off, before she massaged my scalp, she ripped the ponytail holder from my hair in one pull. Pulling hair out of my head. I’ve never had such a bizarre massage. I felt like I was on a prank show and left feeling more anxious than ever.
