I went here for a massage, and I want to say that the woman that did my massage was very good. But one of the ladies that was in the front office kept asking me to sign a membership. I told her no 3 times. After my massage, she asked me again a FOURTH time, and I finally just gave in because she wouldn’t stop. I’ve tried canceling the membership numerous times, and did not receive a response from them. I spoke with her over the phone and demanded they return an additional $79 that they took from my account for nothing. After arguing with her, she said that she would refund me my $79, which she did BUT then the very next day, took the $79 out of my account again. I’m going through a lot right now with health issues and my grandfather just passed away and they still refuse to give me back my $79 for a membership that I never wanted in the first place, and again I told them no 3 times. I’ve never had an issue like this at any other massage place. I’ve sent several emails and I have not received a response. Very unprofessional. I want my money back.

The spa has so many options for facials and massges for both men and women. Highly recommend Brooke for facials she is fantastic and has made my skin so hydrated through this summer, she works wonders!

Always difficult to get an appointment. And even when I schedule in advance, I get a voicemail that my couples massage ( scheduled for day after tomorrow) has to be switched to way early in the evening or we need to do separate due to staffing issues. When I call back 30 minutes later to make the couples massage at the earlier time they had already given that time slot away making it impossible for us to go to that location. It was my boyfriends and mines 1 year dating anniversary, Not that they cared. I called the Surprise location and they got us in. There was no “ we are sorry for the inconvenience, we would like to make it up to you with a free upgrade…” or anything remotely showing good customer service skills. I won’t be scheduling at this location again.

My experience at Hand and Stone was excellent based almost solely on my aesthetician Brooke. She was professional but approachable, kind, honest, and forthcoming with advice and pricing details.
