Had an amazing experience!! Hubby surprised me with a couples massage for my bday gift this year. The plan was to get our massage and that was it. Well, we met our massage ladies, Liberty and Melissa. Really enjoyed our massage and didn’t want it to end, honestly. The ladies are the best! Made us both feel very comfortable and completely relaxed. Everyone at this location is professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

I am from the Chicagoland area and had two friends spend a week in Sun City with us. One of the things we wanted to do was to all get a massage. One of our friends did the research on the area and made the decision to visit Hand and Stone in Surprise and as she put it “what a delightful surprise!”. The reason she chose it was the accommodating welcome she got at the initial phone call. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that the entire team there: Mikenna, Anna, Angelina, Daisy took care of us. Even the owner Steve came out to greet us! Ever surprise, from top to bottom was a delightful surprise. Each of us bought monthly memberships and are excited to see other wellness providers back in Chicago and our trips back to Sun City and the Hand and Stone in Surprise. Keep doing an outstanding job and making people happy! Thank you for the experience!

From the moment I walked in for my appointment, the customer service was AMAZING! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and even got me back in as a return customer! They kept saying that their Franchise is “a family” and it definitely felt like that. The girls in front were also super nice and helpful as well!

The first time I went here was after Christmas with a gift card. The facial I had was amazing and the staff were all very nice. I’ve always had troubled and sensitive skin and the skin therapist really took time to plan a facial that met my needs. Even with that I was hesitant to sign up for the monthly service because I’m a very busy working mom and I knew I was never going to be able to go every month. However because every month gets banked to use down the road, now I can plan to come every 3 months and get amazing and upgraded facial or massage. Knowing I can bank the monthly services I don’t use really helped me because now I know at least once every 3 months, I can have a me day and not spend a lot of money all at one time. Great location and great service. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone in Surprise. You can tell that you’re in for something special the moment you walk in the door. Stephen and his team give off the most welcoming and comforting vibe where they explain what services they offer and the benefits of each. Then when you get in the room your therapist lets you pick your desired lighting, temperature, and music, as well as how much (or how little) clothing you want to remove. Then once they start massaging you, the therapists move their hands across your body with a sense of firmness, while remaining tender as well. I was assigned to Nunu, and she was amazing. I am a congenital amputee, and she massaged my residual limbs with incredible confidence and respect. I can’t wait to go back!

We booked a couples massage for Christmas Eve as a gift to ourselves. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated by friendly and knowledgeable associates. They make you feel welcome and appreciated from minute one. We had liberty and ronetta do our massages. They both were very professional and did a great job. We left relaxed and appreciated. I have been going to this Hand and Stone for a while do my facials because they have the most amazing aesthetician named Ski. He begins by sitting with me and discussing my needs and then puts together a treatment plan specifically for me. I have had numerous facials at other places but none of them compare. He and the rest of the staff make me feel so welcome from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave.
