Came here for a couples massage for the intro rate of 80 per person. The massage was good, nothing above average or worth the cost of 180 with taxes. They didn’t ask how the pressure was and it’s unfortunate the massage was less than 50 minutes. The massage was relaxing, but very light. Overall okay spot!

The facials are always on point! The only thing is I don’t like is how you never get a full hour because 5-10 minutes is them asking about your skin and trying to get you to add on extras. It’s important but maybe shouldn’t be a part of the time. Still worth it though!

They called us 1 hr before our scheduled time saying the therapist wasn’t coming in. It’s unprofessional. What’s heartbreaking was it was our first anniversary and I was using it to surprise my husband . They did not handle it well, especially when you have to cancel 24hrs in advance or you’re charged but apparently they can cancel within an hour and the clients are out of luck. I will not be doing business here ever again.

Every therapist I have seen in this location thus far has been amazing! They are the reason I have a membership. Kristen was excellent 10/10 in my recent experience with her. She was very nice and very good at what she does! Brittany was also a wonderful experienced therapist. Also, being pregnant, they are very good at remaining delicate while removing all pain points. I walk out of there feeling 100x better. I also love Alex for a more firm hand but excellent at his skill. This location is the best chain massage salon I’ve ever been to!

My wife recently terminated her membership with Hand&Stone spa Queen Creek/Alma School as she was not provided consistent massage service as a function of therapist turnover. Yes, that probably is not the fault of the spa management, resource turnover in business during COVID19 is expected and well understood. However, attempting to officially terminate her membership was painful, she had no contract obligation, but working with both staff and management, we literally had to show up in person to remove the monthly auto pay obligation that could not be settled on the phone for no reason, just avoidance.
