Great place! I have visited this chain in CA and so I wanted to try the location out this way. The team was great on 9/11 in the afternoon. Wonderful and thorough facial and the front desk woman was kind and sweet. All and all , a great experience. My skin is glowing today!!!

I was there a week ago for the introductory hot stone massage and facial. The following day I woke up with a red bump and sore eyelid which my doctor said is a stye. When asked how much pressure I like for the massage I said medium to firm and there was absolutely no pressure used at all. It seemed to be a scripted routine that was given to everyone. I won’t be returning.

I used to love coming here I had a membership and always had a great experience. I recently schedule a couples massage for my husband and I they were booked about 2-3 weeks out which is okay but they called me a week before my appointment that I had to take time off work to make it work out to tell me that I don’t actually have an appointment that the girl who scheduled me forgot to schedule another couple in our spot therefore needed to cancel my appointment. I get mistakes happen but we were the ones on the schedule if they “forgot to put the other couple there” and I’m sorry you don’t notice that until a week prior. I’m a pretty understanding person but they offered nothing except to reschedule me a couple more weeks out. Just doesn’t sit right with me will not return here again

I went for a walk-in, saw James for a 60 min massage and it was hands down the best professional massage I’ve ever gotten. He was accurate in targeting my problem areas- my back hasn’t felt this good in forever! I signed up for their membership because it is so reasonably priced and because I was so satisfied. Also was able to get my mom the perfect gift card package for Mother’s Day. 10/10 would recommend!

I love this place. Brian is a great massage therapist. And I had a facial on my last visit. It was super relaxing and my skin glowed after the service. The facility was super clean before Covid19 and the staff has increased attention to cleanliness and sanitation. Super friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend Hand and Stone.
