I have been having so much back and neck pain for the past few weeks and I felt like I desperately needed a massage. I was brand new to this experience and the staff made me feel so welcomed! Fernando made me feel so relaxed and was so professional and courteous. He asked what spots I needed targeted and always made sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was right. Even after my massage, I stayed chatting with the two receptionists up front because they were so kind and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

I’m giving 2 stars because the front desk staff was seriously incredible. If I could give just the front desk staff five stars, I would. The other 3 stars got taken off because this was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. I filled out all the required forms prior to my massage which included questions like if I want to talk during my massage or not, areas of focus, and pressure. My massage therapist was running late and rushed me into the room, which already made me stressed and didn’t add to my relaxation. I specified on my form that I don’t want conversation during my massage unless it is related to the massage itself. She tried to make conversation with me numerous times throughout my massage and her phone or watch was buzzing in the cabinet the whole time. My whole massage consisted of just being rubbed down with hot stones and no actual massaging. By the time she finally got to my neck/shoulders (where I specified I would like the focus to be), she rubbed them for 45 seconds and then told me my time was up. I’m not exaggerating when I say there was minimal actual massaging happening. My neck hurt more leaving than it did when I walked in. She clearly didn’t read the forms that I took the time filling out.
