I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for a bit over a year now and have never received anything but good services and accommodating interactions with the staff. The staff is always willing to listen to your concerns or what they can do personally to better your experience. I have loved coming here to relax and really feel like I am taking care of myself each month, both mentally and physically. I definitely recommend coming here, you will always find someone you like in massage and even find yourself trying out facials!

Both times I’ve had a booking there is some kind of scheduling issue and my appointment needs to be rescheduled. The first time it was my anniversary so I booked a couples massage well in advance, but one of the masseuses graduated nursing school so they quit. That seems like something that they could have seen coming. So it got rescheduled by an unapologetic front desk worker. And when we did eventually go in, the front desk workers were very rude and acted like we should have known to just sit down and wait.

I do not recommend. Therapists are untrained and caused my husband and I injuries and gave just really bad massages. The oil they use must be old and smells like an old, dirty wash cloth. The Draper location is much better, but I am considering cancelling my membership after the experience at Midvale. I reached out to the spa directly to provide feedback as well with no response. It really is too bad.

BEWRE Update: The manager’s response to my review is completely a false statement of a person —you cannot name someone personally in a review and it violates Google’s policies and will be reported! I will be looking for legal action against this manager (Clearly young and unprofessional and unqualified to handle situations that are negative towards the company they work for) and the owner of this company for defamation and slander. This company’s management is absolutely crazy and they will go to whatever lengths they can to cover their negative behaviors. Their response is completely juvenile and immature and false of what happened. I will be suing them if they do not remove this information on my review. The fact is that they did not have their schedule straight and treats their clients bad for the mistake. They’re trying to spin it but it’s not the clients problem.

I made an appointment online and got a text message confirming my appointment however when I showed up to my appointment today they did not have me on the schedule and said that another store deleted it. They kept me waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes while they talk to the manager who did not have the courtesy to come out and speak to me or offer a discount or anything like that. The girls were rude and I feel like it was my fault even when I approved that I had made the appointment. I did not recommend. They expect me to drive from South Jordan to Midvale to only be turned away that there are no appointments available and then come back in one hour when I have friend plans and waste my Time. Honestly the worst thing was that they didn’t even apologize or try to make it right or come up with a better solution or admit that they are wrong

Exceptional massages- EVERYTIME- plus their staff is always friendly and courteous- they have a new CBD (lemon grass scented) that REALLY improves the muscle relaxation and tension- like amazingly so. Charged me an extra $30 for no good reason. First time visitor and got the introductory massage and hot stone which is supposed to be cheaper for your first visit. After the visit they said they had to charge me the regular price for both instead of the introductory price. Great way to never have me visit again.

Charging people $10 to put a service they’ve already paid for on a gift card is ridiculous. Raised their prices for the membership and all the therapist there are taking the pay cut. I’m sure their tips reflect the price increase..meanwhile the owners line their pockets. The therapists deserve better!!
