Most of the therapists do a great job. I go for massage and facials. It’s clean, easy to find, and has decent parking. I like that they have a couples room but wish they had more than one. I am a VIP member and have been going here for several years. I took one star off because I have a hard time finding appointments that are available evenings and weekends which is when I am available. Frequently, even if I book a month in advance, the spa cancels on me last minute saying they no longer have techs available. I find that frustrating.

My husband and I had a couples massage here. It was great! It is one of the only places where I have had a deep tissues massage be that- deep tissue. I have gotten a lot of wimpy massages that don’t cut it. I almost had to ask them to go lighter. Previous places have not been able to apply as much pressure as I like.

I went for the first time the other day. I had the best experience with the spa manager Mariah. As soon as I walked in she offered me some coconut water and made sure I was taken care of. I love that so much. I’ve been to multiple locations. And Draper by far has the best service. I definitely will be seeing me there again!

Beware of hidden fees and price hikes! I’ve been a member for a couple of years and things were pretty good in the beginning, but they just keep changing the terms and conditions with how you can use your package. Tonight’s visit was the last straw for me. As I checked out, I was charged with a “Deep Tissue add-on fee”. Apparently, when the therapist asks if her very light pressure is enough and you say you’d like the pressure a little bit deeper, that’s now an extra charge. Who knew? I certainly didn’t, and that has never been the case before. Nevermind the fact that while she increased the pressure on my back for a few minutes, and a portion of my quads, the rest of the massage reverted back to one of the lighter ones I’ve had. I don’t fault the therapist and realize some massages are just better than others; different people like different things. But getting slapped with a bogus fee after the fact is garbage. If $70/month (which is a higher price than my membership started at) now gets you nothing more than a skin-deep “massage”, I’m out.
