I was gifted a massage at this location and was assigned Jamie as my masseuse . The front desk greeted me warmly, and everything ran on time with my appointment even though there were many people getting checked in and in the lobby ready for their appointments. The lobby is spacious, smelled great and had a water feature and lighting that really put me in a relaxing mood. My masseuse Jamie was phenomenal, she took my direction when I wanted firmer pressure without skipping a beat and was chatty when I was feeling chatty and quiet when the massage was happening which was perfect for me. She made sure we were on the same page on all the details of my experience before started and made sure she pronounced my name right which she said is important to her and I appreciated that a lot.

The people here are great. Wonderful massage with very nice, kind, professional people. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it seemed much more expensive than in the past. It was a couples massage for 60 minutes and with tip we ended up paying nearly $300. Otherwise, a great place.

My wife booked me a one hour massage and added on a scalp massage. First of all it was my first time there so should have been at the introductory pricing, but they charged the full price. The massage was fine, but the add on scalp massage just cut into the one hour time even though they charge extra for it and the massage did not last one hour. I don’t know if they start timing when you walk in the room but even then it was still less than an hour. So basically it was really expensive for not even the full experience. Would not return to this place, they nickel and dime you.

I’ve been a customer here for at least 3 years on the lifestyle program. I look forward each month to the day I get my massage. It rejuvenates me for the next 30 days. Staff very helpful and professional. Amazing masseurs and masseuses. Lots of variation as well. Tell them what your looking for in a massage and they will have the person for it.

I’m giving this 2 stars because they were friendly. I asked for a facial and scalp massage at the beginning of it she said my face head shoulders and neck would get massaged. My scalp massage was horrible I could have just rubbed oil on my own head there was no massage no face massage and never even touched my neck I honestly feel that I wasted that much money for something I could have done myself. Pretty high priced for just rubbing oil on me.

I didn’t know it was a large massage chain. I paid for a 90 minute massage, but it was no more than 70 minutes tops. The therapist was wonderful, but the environment was different than I expected. It felt like a Dr. Office, with a waiting room, and the same procedures and restrooms.
