Their staff is very polite. Massage service is fine but Facials are not that great, though. They don’t spend entire 50 mins on your face. Plus, they don’t massage your face for enough time (depends on what kind of facial you have chosen but still, in general, it’s very less as compared to other salons).

I had the most amazing facial with Miraculous Melissa. From the time I walked in, the front desk people were friendly and warm and very helpful. This was my first facial with Melissa and I was thrilled. My skin was glowing for days after and felt incredibly soft. We talked extensively about different products to try and what they would do and she was generous with her time and knowledge. I can’t wait for my next facial with her! Highly recommend for a great facial and great looking and feeling skin. Thank you Melissa! and thank you for the warmth of the front desk people as well—a great example all together.

Hand and Stone Massage in Round Rock, Tx. Is a great place to relax at. They have good customer service and the place is very clean. It’s up to the customer if they want their masseuse to wear a mask. Before your massage session, they start with a brief consultation, they give you time to change, and then your massage begins. They have a good variety of options to expand the depth of your massage, or simply the enjoyment with aromatic lotions. At the end of the massage. You’re handed a hot towel to finish off relaxing.. I enjoy getting a massage on a regular basis and the services they provide. Therefore I became a member. This guarantees me that I can get regular massages at a discounted rate. I’ve even tried getting massages from different masseuses and they each did very well. I would definitely buy gift packages for my friends to try Hand and Stone Massage.

While the esthetician was very nice, her services were not very effective or efficient. I had asked for extractions and then she basically faked doing them. I have been getting facials for 23 years so I know what a good, effective, and quality facial is. Even though my eyes are closed I can tell what is going on. She also left very visible, white mask residue on my face and neck. Therefore, needless to say, it was quite embarrassing to realize after I had already been in public. In addition, she failed to mention that what she suggested would be part of my facial was in fact a significant up-charge.

This location is one of the less desirable of all the Hand and Stone locations. I’d rather drive further out of my way to go to another one just because of the lack of customer service and unfriendly treatment. I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone for 8 years now. I’ve never had an experience like I did here in regards to how I was treated. This is supposed to be a relaxing, calm and welcoming environment. The check in process was not simple and the receptionist informed me that I did not have a package although I already gave her the gift card code. From one interaction to another, I felt more stressed out than before I arrived there!

Update: I just had my massage cancelled. This is the third time it happens. I’m cancelling my membership. I’m currently trying to get a hold of a manager because I have 90 days to use all my massages. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to do that if I cannot get an appointment. I just got off the phone trying to reschedule and they don’t have anything until May. I can’t get an appointment in May because it’s so far out. I have a headache now. I’ve called three different locations same response. Are massage places suppose to give you headaches

I hate to write this review, but after having Hand and Stone cancel my past several massages because their therapists are leaving I felt it necessary. I have been a member there for years and have had some amazing massage therapists while there. A couple of months ago the girl I had been using for over a year told me she would be leaving. She recommended two other therapists in the practice to me. I booked appointments with both. Before I got to see one, she left, and after only one massage with the other, she has left. They are down to just one female massage therapist, and when I tried to book with her the first appointment wasn’t until February.
