Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going here for 3 months and I truly fell in love. I came to this this spa with my face completely ruined due to another spa company that I won’t name. And this hand and stone has been so helpful and caring! They actually put their customers first and have such positive people working. Hannah has legit been my savior. I’m so confident now and hardly ever wear makeup. She completely transformed my face. I’ve been going here for 3 months and I truly fell in love. I came to this this spa with my face completely ruined due to another spa company that I won’t name. And this hand and stone has been so helpful and caring! They actually put their customers first and have such positive people working. Hannah has legit been my savior. I’m so confident now and hardly ever wear makeup. She completely transformed my face. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had to reschedule my appointment. Unaware of the 24 hour policy and who can predict if you wake up sick. I called to reschedule and the lady on the phone did not tell about the $49 charge. It was not until the next day when they called to tell me they had to charge my card the amount. I called to talk and still not willing to budge. The manager not willing or care. I have been a client for years at hand and stone and never had this problem but only at this location in Georgetown Texas. Very poor communication and unprofessional business practice. I had to reschedule my appointment. Unaware of the 24 hour policy and who can predict if you wake up sick. I called to reschedule and the lady on the phone did not tell about the $49 charge. It was not until the next day when they called to tell me they had to charge my card the amount. I called to talk and still not willing to budge. The manager not willing or care. The manager is a bully and would not recognize customer satisfaction if it bit her in the glutes.I cancelled my membership via text on December 20th while traveling in Europe, and was told to cancel in person or else. Upon my return to the States, I promptly visited the Georgetown location to verify the cancellation; the manager tried to strong arm me into paying for another month. She went so far as to call the Georgetown police when I refused to sign the cancellation form which imposed an extra monthly fee!!I called her bluff and waited for the police to arrive.
