The spa is nice and some of the therapists are good, but the managers do not care about customers’ safety. I wanted to bring my own massage oil because I was concerned about allergies and they would not allow me. They said I needed permission from corporate. That is absolutely ridiculous! They use inferior massage oil products that could potentially cause people allergies and want to force customers to use their products. I was told that the owner would call me back to resolve the issue and she never did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MASSAGE PLACE. If you want great service, you cannot go to a franchise. Also, the staff does not wear masks. Be careful!

This is my fourth visit to this location. After my first visit I’d decided to purchase a membership. I must say that I have not regretted that decision at all. I’ve had 2 different massage therapist, Katrina and Katie and both have been very good. I would recommend either one of them for any type of message you need. The facility itself is very clean to include the rooms where messages are completed. If you are looking for a place to have a relaxing and enjoyable message this is the place you want to come and experience. You will not be disappointed.

I am hooked, Ms. Shirley is the best, she creates a calm, relaxing environment. She always has your comfort level in mind and really cares about your wellbeing. I had a Hot Stone massage yesterday and I still feel relaxed today. I enjoyed my facial as well, she really knows what your skin needs and has a soft gentle touch, her recommendations for products is on point. I can’t wait for my next visit, which I already booked.

My family and I enjoy coming here for massages. It’s something we do now for family time with our busy lives. The staff here already knows us and makes us feel very welcome when we come in for our massages. I’m trying different therapists to she which one I connect with the most. So far Renee is my number one since Kimmy left. I’m trying to come at least every other week, but this time I’m coming once a week since I am on a 2 week holiday. There are a lot of advantages and discounts for being a member. I suggest you take a minute and check it out. Trust me you won’t regret it.

I had the best massage from Kyle today and facial from Natalie at the Webster, TX location! I normally don’t like facials but decided to give it another try…I’m so so happy I did! I was thinking about canceling my membership since i had moved to Pearland. I won’t be doing that now and they both will be seeing me again! Kyle was amazing with pressure and focusing on the areas that were bothering me! They both gave me an AMAZING start to the new year!
