They all do a great job at answering any questions I have in regards to membership. I have been working with Yenelis for a few months now and she’s super great and helpful! She is good at communicating with me and asking me questions about my body pain and offering recommendations for treatment and how often I should get services and when I will get better gradually. Her pressure is amazing and she’s just overall a very nice lady!

If you require a facial that is above any you have EVER had, then I expect you will drop whatever you are doing and book an appointment with Michelle at this location! Her persona is magnificently relaxing, her facial massaging technique is superb, and she is amazingly attentive. I have had facials from high-end spas such as Trellis and Mokara, but Michelle’s work is the freaking best I’ve ever experienced, which counts the most! I’ve NEVER had a facial this relaxing that it knocked me out…to the point of snoring! How can her blessed fingers gently pounding all over my face drive me into a deep sleep?… embarrassing! I was pleasantly surprised by the exemplary service, starting with the receptionist (both on the phone when scheduling, and the person who greeted me in person). The person who did my facial was very professional, and the neck/shoulder massage was wonderful. My skin was visibly glowing later in the day. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I love this location!! Seriously. I will never go to any other because this one feels like home. The spa associates are so welcoming, energetic, and kind!! My massage therapist is AMAZING!! Dominique (MT) knows how to use the perfect pressure needed for each session. Sometimes I need to get out sore muscles and sometimes I just need to relax, either way, she never disappoints. She also has great convo for the days I want to talk, but also respects the days I just want to rest.

Latoya is so good. I love how firm her movements are but not painfully so. I go back to this location for her even though it’s not the closest one to me. For my facial I had Laquesha (spelling) it was so good! Her fingers felt like magic on my face. The front desk ladies are super nice and helpful too.
