I had a PHENOMENAL facial with Jaylen today. Of all the [many] facials I’ve had at resorts and spas over the years, this was easily in my top two. Jaylen was incredibly personable and knowledgeable—she took the time to read my skincare routine (which I outlined in my intake form, but didn’t expect anyone to read) and provided helpful tips and recommendations to enhance it as she assessed my skin. She struck just the right balance of friendly/talkative and calming/soothing throughout my service. The reception staff were very friendly and professional as well. Thanks for an excellent treatment!

Liars! posted online and ran adds for free facial or massage. I kept calling on the Saturday at the time they told to call and it looked like they were not intentionally picking up the phones. I left vm and no one called back. Then when I called few days later, they said the free slots were taken already. I think their original plan was to get people to call in and then they ask to pay for facial or massage. Not a good plan! Won’t be trusting them with any service.
