I booked a Himalayan salt stone massage and when I arrived, the massage therapist apologized and said the stones weren’t hot enough and that she would have to use the regular hot stones instead. I said this was fine, but I was disappointed. My appointment was at 4pm. If it was early in the morning I could understand them not being ready, but they should have been ready to go by that late in the afternoon. She then spent about half of the massage just on my back repeating the same motion and then sped through the rest of my body, which was disappointing. At the beginning she asked if she could do my feet and scalp and I said yes. She did my feet for maybe the last minute and did not do my scalp at all. She also said she was unable to do firm pressure, and her medium pressure was not hard enough but I didn’t feel as if I could ask her to go harder because she told me she wasn’t able to do firm. It was overall a disappointment. I’ve had several massages before and this one was unfortunately one of the worst ones. When I went to check out, the therapist was kind enough to ask the manager to reduce my booking to the regular hot stones and they did take off $10, but the manager said something along the lines of “they’re on a timer, they should have been hot, we have never received a complaint about them” but I wasn’t even the one who complained. I was literally told by the therapist that she wasn’t going to use them. However, the facilities were very clean and the front desk ladies were very nice and professional.

Massages were decent but the front desk customer service was not. You get different answers from different staff regarding membership and cancellation. If you do get a membership be sure to use all your credits because even though they say they don’t expire after you cancel that’s a lie, they do. And if you try to bring up that they told you otherwise while cancelling they are rude about it. Just another greedy chain business. You’d be better going elsewhere.

My mother had made an appointment on Wednesday for Sunday which is my birthday, October 9,the appointment was a couples massage. When we got into the place and they asked for our name and stuff , they looked on the system and saw my mom’s name and not one for, me and my mother booked a couples massage , and on top of that my mother asked for a woman massager when she booked the appointment, so in the place they said that they didn’t have a lady available at the time we had an appointment for and was just gonna give us a man massager. So we just left. The whole thing was just terrible , will not be coming back

Booked massage with a gift card, only to notice the next day they ran my credit card. I didn’t give them my credit card to run only the gift card information. They ran my card they had on file from over 2 year’s ago now I have to wait a week for my money. Called and Devan was USELESS!!!!!!!

Truly enjoy getting my massages here. Two massage therapist there, Felysha and Simein, are extremely respectful and provide the right amount of pressure. Felysha also provides helpful information about certain stretches to help in case certain areas were painful during the session.

couldn’t pass the “want to talk to the manager?” step to booking my massage birthday gift from my son. I was asked for my credit card information in case they needed to charge a no show fee equivalent to 50% of the purchased value. The manager was rude upon my inquiry of “company policy”. There are ways to make a new customer, or lose the opportunity. Hope she develops some skills before the business is hurt. Seems that the services are of good quality from other reviews.

Joined this place for 2 years, perhaps used maybe 7-9 times and also had gift cards that were purchased there. Called today to use the gift cards that I purchased but did not give out and they were expired…..this place only wants your money. Over $2500 for 7 massages so think before you join.
