Hand and Stone Vintage location has been such a blessing to my life! The ladies at the front desk are always so lovely. They are so kind and helpful and just make you feel at home. Crystal is magical! She does gives the absolute best facials and she is the kindest and most thoughtful soul. I don’t care how stressed I am by the time I leave a facial my stress is all gone. She is also extremely knowledgeable about all things skin and skincare related and has been able to get my acne to chill out since I’ve been going to her. They have the worst customer service ever. As a first time customer they booked my appointment the minute they open and they expected me to fill out paperwork within the hour of my massage, even tho their doors didn’t open before 9. I ended up with 40 minutes of massage not a full hour or their “50 minutes” massage. Girls up front were so rude and when I called trying to speak to a manager. When I finally got a hold of the manager she hung up on me.

I have been getting my deep tissue massages at this location since moving to Texas in November 2021. My massage therapist is Matthew. His massages are amazing!!!! My lower back, neck, shoulder blades, leg and thigh muscles are the areas that Matthew works on for me. He’s the best. I do not book with anyone except Matthew. Matthew is booked out weeks in advance.The reception staff is awesome too.
