Critical: CommunicationI so wanted to be able to rate this new business highly, but I had a disappointing experience. I arrived 10 min early and had completed my paperwork online beforehand so as to avoid any delays. I was brought back late and my service started late. My actual treatment time was less than 50 min and when I brought this to the front desk attendant’s attention, her response was that my therapist was just “soooo booked today.” I calmly responded that it is not my fault, and scheduling burdens should not be shifted to the client by shortening the treatment time. I did pay the full price and was not offered the ability to speak to anyone else. I was told to call back another day to speak to a manager.My therapist was lovely & professional. I enjoyed the massage outside of the short treatment time. The facility was clean and relaxing otherwise.As of now, I won’t be returning and I can’t give my recommendation. I so wanted to be able to rate this new business highly, but I had a disappointing experience. I arrived 10 min early and had completed my paperwork online beforehand so as to avoid any delays. I was brought back late and my service started late. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve visited this location twice now and I love it. You are greeted quickly by a staff member, check-in is very thorough, and the rooms are clean and organized. The second visit Jared was my massage therapist. My lower back was in a lot of pain that day and he listened to my needs intently. I felt like a new woman after our session and appreciated the TLC he gave to my issues. The second visit Jared was my massage therapist. My lower back was in a lot of pain that day and he listened to my needs intently.
