My husband I enjoyed a couples massage for our anniversary and it was wonderful only to be ruined by the customer service from the front desk. You are supposed to go into a massage and leave feeling tension relieved and less stress. Instead our desk encounter caused us nothing but heartache and stress. We had a gift card given to us only to find out that they didn’t accept it at that location. Instead of trying to fix the situation the manager said there’s nothing I can do. You’ll need to pay full price. No help, no problem solving, nothing….I work in customer service daily and go the extra mile for every customer as I know the value of work ethic and stretching the American dollar these days in a time that no one can afford even food. Instead we got no help for our situation and left so stressed after a great massage. We will NEVER go back to here ever again as we left unsatisfied and heartbroken. With seeing multiple reviews the same…I wish I would have known before booking an appointment and getting a membership. I canceled on the spot my membership. Don’t go here!

H&S does have good messages, but be sure before you sign up as a member. They make it extremely hard to cancel the membership and will not get you a refund. Other H&S do not apply this same extreme policy; go to them instead of this location.
