Queen was wonderful. When I was hesitant about cupping, she trialed a little bit on my shoulder to see if it’s something I would be interested in for the future. Very knowledgeable and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Receptionists were very friendly and the facility was very clean.

I recently went in for my first ever prenatal massage and Tony was amazing! The staff in the front was super friendly when they greeted me and made sure to go over all the prenatal information with me before my massage. While getting my massage Tony was very friendly, he made sure I was comfortable (if you’ve ever been pregnant before you know how uncomfortable it can be) he made sure the pressure of the massage wasn’t too much for me, and answered any questions I had prior to my massage and even after my massage. Very reasonably priced, super friendly staff, and overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location!

Wow…I didn’t think that I would ever be happy continuing my membership with Hand & Stone. My home location is Arlington North (Lincoln Square) and it has been a very disappointing 4 years to say the least. I called this Hand & Stone location as the last resort before making the decision to cancel the membership or not and I am happy to report that AS OF NOW, I have decided to keep the membership. I had the most pleasant experience booking appointments for my husband and I. Apple was so personable and professional. She was very accommodating and patient with my many requests. She has great customer service skills. I am 6 months pregnant and very concerned about getting a massage but she made me feel very comfortable and confident in the therapist she scheduled me with. I will UPDATE my review after our appointments Sunday. I am crossing my fingers in hopes that everything goes as smooth as our conversation with Apple. Thanks, Apple. You have saved a customer.
