I wasn’t going to leave review but since they won’t stop sending me an email asking for one, here it is! The ladies were all sooo nice and had great customer service. However the massage was not great at all, we had a couples massage back in August and it felt like a rub the entire time. Both my husband and I thought this. The worst massages we’ve gotten. Like I said, really nice people but the massages were not good at all. They also has to reschedule and since it was a birthday present and we had to get a babysitter, it just sucks that we had to reschedule all of our dinner plans and sitter around this.

Sent in a friend to grab a bottle of face wash and the girl at the registered would not stop trying to up sell a membership! Told no several times, and just kept pushing, so I had to come inside and literally get her to stop so the card could be processed properly. It was so inappropriate, I will never visit this location again.

I saw Gwen today and she was absolutely wonderful! When I booked online I wasn’t paying attention and booked a 50 minute instead of a 90 minute. Once Gwen started my massage I said something about how I wish I had booked a 90. She asked if that’s what I wanted to do and told me she could do that for me being that I was her last client of the day! I was in so much pain from my lower back when I went in and she relieved every bit of the pain! I felt so much better walking out of that building than I did walking in! I will absolutely be back to see Gwen again in the future!

I booked this for my 8 month pregnant daughter to help her relax some, booked facial and 2 upgrades, aprox $97, get a bill for $250!!! Called and asked about this, they upsell you without being clear that’s what they are doing, a manager was going to check into this and call back, of course I never got a call!! The facial was nice, but my wife has gotten facials all over the world and nothing has cost anywhere close to this!!! If you read reviews this is not a one time thing!!!

It has happened to many times to my wife and she needs the massages for health reasons. They also screw up the scheduling. You tell them you want an 90 minute massage and the day you get there they “claim” it is an hour because of incompetence of record keeping. First-time couple’s massage with my wife was less than stellar. We scheduled over the phone with the first time customer pricing and they charged us the full amount. Close to $500 for couple’s hot stone. We may have different standards as a typical Asian massage is deeper and more fulfilling at a quarter of the price. Beware of the heavy sales tactics at the end.
