Staff was nice and the facility is clean. However the hour massage I had was a joke. She spent more time putting lotion on me then actually giving a message. Told her my neck and back hurts. Never touch my neck and did a short amount of massage around my shoulder blades. Also, the hand therapy I added and paid extra for was done during the massage which when it all ended it was not even an hour long. I do realize that it’s probably the masseuse I had and not Hand and Stone themself’s. I also had a facial done and that was decent. They will also try to loop you into a contract so be prepared for that. I was excited to try this place out and it was actually a birthday gift from my husband but sadly we will definitely not be returning.

The facial I received was nice and relaxing and my face was left rehydrated. The downfall to my experience is that my daughter was receiving a facial as well and she did receive a nice facial but did not receive the neck and back massage that is part of the facial because she is allergic to aloe vera and they did not have any lotions without aloe. I also don’t like that Hand and Stone is a “Membership Spa” so after my facial was over I received the push to sign up for the membership and book my next appointment. I bought a couple of extra gift cards as Christmas gifts prior to my facial and now wish I hadn’t because I know my friends will receive the sales pitch and push for becoming a member after their relaxing time as well.

Hand & Stone was very quiet, clean & relaxing. I booked a couples massage for my sister and I, as a late birthday present for her. Our massage therapists, Rachel & Celina, were AWESOME!!! We will definitely be going back more regularly.

I bought a spa membership for my husband, but after a couple’s massage that was rushed, not that great, and 40min tops of 60 min, I cancelled the membership. Waiting on a call back because my credit card was still charged for the last 2 months. I know the time because I was a little annoyed on how long it took waiting in line to be taken back for our scheduled time after getting there 10min early, and waiting for over 15 min after our scheduled time. I understand businesses get busy, so waiting longer wouldn’t have been as big of an issue if our massage was the 60 minutes. An apology for fire sirens going off. Just not a good impression, and being owed $140 for 2 months unwanted and cancelled membership.

I had a great massage. It was a nice comfortable place. The 3 stars is that when you pay for a 1 hour, I should get a full hour. Instead I get 45 min. I have been there twice(at least 6mo apart) and each time, I received only 45 min of massage time.

NOT honest about pricing! Second time this has happened to me. I had 4 services already paid for. I was told I would be using only 2 of them (facial & upgrade). Got done and went to the front – they charged me for 3 services. $210 total. I explained the situation and they refused to budge. Highly irritated and disappointed. You need to be upfront, clear, and honest about your pricing.
