I go here once a month for a facial and after trying out a few of the ladies, I will only see Rebekkah now. She takes great care to personalize my service each time I go depending on what my skin needs that day. It is the most relaxing thing I am currently doing for myself. Two of my two visits to Hand & Stone have been unremarkable. Today’s visit was by far the most cumbersome. I booked an appointment after several attempts only to be moved by the staff. The masseuse the staff insisted I try was switched at the last with no notice. I was charged for a deep tissue massage that was less than such.

I was happy with the service in general but I was very disappointed when I was charged for someone else’s membership and I called the Gaston location and was told I needed to email some Martha and so I did and she responded back quickly but never apologized and did not do as I asked , I told her to cancel my membership and I wanted a refund or I would dispute the transaction with my bank and again no apology just says that they charged me instead of my daughter’s credit card!!! It still doesn’t make it okay!!! An apology goes a long way just saying
