First time visiting yesterday Dec 29, 2022. I had a wonderful experience and will return soon. India restored my confidence in facials, she is Great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In addition, the salon was clean which is extremely important to me. Best of all, they didn’t try to sell me on anything or push products. For reference, I got a one hour hot stone massage and a hydrating facial.

I had a Swedish massage with Connie and the massage was very basic. I have been to other H&S locations and received better Swedish massages. The massage was decent but not great. She asked me what areas I wanted to focus on and I told her neck and feet. She gave attention to my neck but neglected my feet. It was like she didn’t want to touch my feet. Why ask if you aren’t going to address those areas? Also, I had to ask her to increase the pressure because I felt like she was just putting lotion on me. After the massage, she said that she would meet me in the hall. I didn’t see her in the hall. Usually they meet you and offer water and walk you out.

Came in for a facial and was extremely pleased by the experience!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful and truly takes the time to understand my skin’s needs. My skin has been glowing from within since my facial and I can already see an improvement with my acne scars. The facility is clean and the estheticians are very gentle. I 10/10 recommend Hand & Stone in Prosper and will definitely be coming back for another facial and massage soon!

I went to this new spa and tried their massage, It was amazing. The staff was very professional and the massage therapist did an amazing job. I didn’t want too much pressure during my message and she made sure that I was very comfortable. The ambience was very relaxing and the spa is very clean and well organized. I’ve never been to this location before but have been a member with Hand and Stone for many years now. Definitely one of nicer locations I’ve been to! I’m a regular at the Frisco location, however, my favorite go-to masseuse Jennifer, transferred to this location and I go wherever Jennifer goes lol She’s hands-down the best massage therapist I’ve been to and always creates a great experience that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend her! Will definitely become a regular at the Prosper location from now on.

This place has just recently opened up in Prosper. Amazing staff, very clean facility and my massage therapist Connie was excellent. She knew the perfect pressure points, listened very carefully as to what my problem areas were and worked on it. You know you’ve had a good massage when you wake up the next morning feeling like you can walk and move better. This place is the best!!!!

I treated my sister to a Swedish massage for her birthday to the H&S Prosper location on 12/27/2022. I have been a member with H&S for almost 2 years and never have I experienced such poor service. My massage therapist came across as not wanting to be bothered and it showed in her lack of attention during my session. There was no variation in her technique and I had to let her know several times the pressure was not to my liking. After the session was over, I’m used to being greeted with water outside the door. Not only did I not receive that, I never seen her again. Not even to say thank you for coming. When bringing this up to what I would assume was a manager, she advised that I should have gotten a deep tissue massage since that is what she specializes in. I will never return to that location.

Great Service – I went in for a Neck and Back Massage. Jennifer was indeed an amazing massage therapist. I bought a deep-tissue CBD Himalayan massage package. I absolutely loved it. It’s helping me heal from back pain. I would highly recommend it.
