Had my very first facial yesterday and had an awesome experience. I went to Monal for my facial based on the amazing reviews and she lived up to every word. From the minute we started she took the time to listen to my needs and made recommendations for a daily routine and explained what she was doing along the way. Overall decent experience. However, I did not get the 60 mins hot stone massage I paid for. Appointment was at 11, and as I was waiting the receptionist booked a 12:00 appointment with the same masseuse I had. Even with me getting undressed/dressed there was still time on the clock. No big deal but customers should get what they pay for just like consumers want to get paid/tipped for the work they do.

I had a very good experience and so did my fiancé. He had a massage which went well. I did classic facial with love and she did everything good but burnt my skin. I have attached my before and after pic of the same day i took to see the difference in my skin after the facial. I was very much looking forward to visit again but this experience left me speechless. It left a scar on my upper lip and i have no idea if its gonna go away or not

I’ve been a member here for a while now and have seen different therapists. I’ve never had a bad experience with the therapists or the staff, and they always seem to have relatively convenient openings. The reception area is very nice and quiet. And this may sound weird, but even the restrooms are peaceful (my pictures are of one of the restrooms). It’s nice when a business keeps the feeling throughout the establishment). I would definitely recommend this business to others.

Booked for 8:00 pm for facial, but waiting it 8:20 get the service, I have done many hand and stone locations for facial before, but this location is so awful. My therapist is Taylor most of time is not working on my face but massage my neck, I did not feeling relaxed and any changes of my skin after left this location compered with other hand and stone location.

I got a facial done from Monal today. Every time I get it done from her, I actually feel like she worked on my skin. My experiences with other service providers here for facial haven’t been good. But Monal does a fantastic job. She really knows what she’s doing and recommends the perfect things for your skin. Highly recommended!

Booked a massage for an hour but only received a massage for 30 minutes, as i arrived 5 mins late. Apparently they leave ten minutes to prep the room for the next customer, which is quite unacceptable on my time. Also they only massaged my back and legs, when i booked a full body massage. The massage itself wasn’t great at all. The 2 stars were given only for cleanliness of the place.
