Avoid this place. I had a terrible massage with Jennifer. We went into her room, she asked me a few questions. Didn’t communicate what she was doing or what I was to do. I assumed when she left the room that I was to undress and lay on the table-which I did. She was gone for 10 minutes before coming back into the room. She forgot to dim the lights for the first 5 minutes of service, didn’t tell me “okay I am going to begin now”, and began running oil with her latex gloved hands over my back. It was weird. I don’t know if I would even call what she did light pressure. (I asked for medium) It was terrible. She would also rummage through drawers and cabinets at random points throughout the service.

Nate is very experienced at Deep Tissue Massage & truly provides an Excellent massage. The Asst. Mgr., Ashley, is very professional & has an Excellent attitude, she does everything possible to ensure it’s a 100% Positive experience from start to finish. The Store Mgr., Robert, is very committed to Customer Satisfaction & he’s been great to work with the past 2 years. Finally, the Ownership at this location takes great care to ensure their employees, as well as their customers, are well taken care of & they have the Best Hand & Stone Team on DFW without a doubt so rest assured you will be very satisfied with their Services. 5 Stars A ++++ THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

Beware!!!! The massages are actually good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE at the Frisco location. They actually charged my card 3 times in 1 month without authorization and I have been waiting to get help on this issue since June. They tell me someone will call back and they never do! I would NOT recommend this place due to the poor customer service. I actually feel bad for the nice girls that work there, they don’t have any support.

I have been looking forward to a prenatal message for a very long time. Unfortunately, my massage was very lack luster and I left feeling all the aches and pains I was feeling when I got there. My 1hr massage was more like 45 minutes and while my therapist was nice the massage left a lot to be desired. The pre massage consult was basically non existent. My neck and shoulders weren’t even touched and the lotions used were cold. I just felt like this place was lacking the nice relaxing quality that you go to massage parlors for. Wish I could get my $150 back.

I have been getting massages for 15 years. Asked for deep tissue. Didn’t get anything close to that. Also a 60 min massage lasted not even 40 min by the time she got her hands on me. The room was also cold. Super disappointed. None of my knots in neck were even worked out.

I recently had a massage on my birthday and I usually get massages to relax and unwind. During my entire session the therapist was breathing so loud it literally Sounded like Vader snoring. He talked nonstop for the first 30+ minutes. Just not what I was expecting at all on my birthday, I wanted to relax, not feel uncomfortable and wanting my session to end as soon as possible. I told the front desk and the only thing she offered was $10 off my next session and nothing off for the session I just had which was $200. Extremely disappointed in Hand & Stone. It is highly unlikely I’ll ever come back.
