Birthday experience ruined. I booked a couples massage for my partners birthday at this location and was less than pleased. First of all, when booking the appointment I made it clear that this was a surprise for my partners birthday. So, I was hesitant when they asked for my partners information (phone number/CC info) but they assured me they wouldn’t be contacted. However, to my partners surprise they were still contacted via text message to confirm the appointment and also later received a phone call to CHANGE the appointment to 3 hours earlier than scheduled. Thus throwing off the entire scheduled day I had planned. I also had requested a female masseuse in the original appointment but once I had arrived, they said the only available masseuse in the new timeslot was a male. My partner said I shouldn’t say anything and it was no big deal but I was very disappointed and spent a lot of money. I expected more.

Not easy to schedule. Appointment times are always booked out. Months ago we came into the spa to cancel our membership after being told we had to physically come in. This is not true, you can cancel over the phone. The girl at the desk told me it we were cancelled. Found out that it wasn’t cancelled, So i called the spa. Was told we could freeze our membership and catch up on the packages we had banked up due to not being able to get in. Fast forward to now….same situation so we decided to cancel. I had to call multiple times to cancel and because no one returned my call in a timely manner we are being charged. Little care or concen for the members. Anything for a little more money. This is not the type of place I want to do business.

I was attending to location on 95th because of my esthetician, she is awesome and I would follow her anywhere. However, the location can never get my invoicing correct, every month there is always some sort of discrepancy and this last time I was given a price before starting treatment and they charged me more so I cancelled my subscription. I will miss my esthetician but not the visits to 95th. Too bad because if they can get the right staff and train them it could be a good place.

I had massage and Facial done. Massage experience was terrible. I have never seen this bad if massage. I had an 1hr massage I was 5 min late she said she will cut my time since I was late, which was ok but she finished massage in 30 min and said she did her best. I DO NOT recommend this Place for Massage. There are several better places than this with 5 miles radius far better. Going here is waste of money.

Oh my goodness , I got a massage after a long long time and I regret not having it earlier . My masseuse Irene , gave me such a calm and relaxing massage , all my stress and worries were gone. I came in stressed and left as if I was walking on the clouds. I’ll definitely be coming back for another massage .
