An excellent experience from beginning to end! 10/10 definitely recommend! Upon arriving I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front! I felt very welcomed, everyone was so nice! I really didn’t have to wait long as my esthetician Ashley came to get me right after I filled out the paperwork! The service I received was a facial. Ashley was very knowledgeable and professional. All in all it was a very good experience! If you ever need/want a facial go see Ashley at Hand and stone in Orland Park!

Poor customer service. I have been a member of this salon for about 3 years. I had an appointment today, Monday, at 9am. I was called Sunday night at 7:15pm by a staff member telling me that my credit card on file had expired and that my appointment, at 9am the next day, would be cancelled unless I called them back by 8pm with my new credit card number. I was out shopping and called the employee back and told her I was not comfortable giving my credit card info out in public and will not be home by 8pm, I told her I will come in early in the morning and give my new credit card number, but that was not good enough. I was told they needed the information by 8pm on Sunday night or my membership would be cancelled. I told her to cancel the membership. Shame on Hand and Stone for treating a loyal customer this way – this is very shady. I will take my business elsewhere.

I must say I’ve visited my share of Spa/salons but this one takes the cake. the ambiance of the location was great this time of year you rarely see any establishment in the festive spirit of the holiday. But this location was amazing! As I wait for my massage with Mike. I had a chance to glance around the lobby and could see that there were stocking around with all the staff hanging up. This was so nice to me. there was a plethora of tea and warm drinks to soothe my nerves. Finally in less than 5 minutes Mike was out to get me. We got started he said my wife referred me and she stated I was having some trouble sleeping. Which he was right on the head! He started in with my shoulders and said he was going to do that to loosen up the stress knots in my middle back and lower back which is literally where my tension always builds. Mid session he asked if I need more pressure without having to say another word. Before I knew it I was knocked out and I was awakened 30 minutes later to the light tapping of him on my back. He started laughing and stated, “I don’t know what your wife was talking about you sleep pretty well to me!” LOL hands down best massage I’ve had yet. Not to mention I had warm stones and hot oil treatment added. When I got back to the front I was greeted again by Quinn the location manager and Rocky. Both with a smile and they laughed about how drowsy I was but it was amazing I can’t wait for my next appointment on the 27th. Quinn stated that Mike was one of there best and explained how the membership services were broken down. The perks of letting your monthly credits build and how they can get you more enhancements or they could be paid for either way is fine. Thanks guys. Also I didn’t realized how affordable things are here as well. Trust me this is DEFINITELY not like that ENVY place ♂️. Try it out for yourself

I purchased my mother a gift card for a facial from my local Hand and Stone. My mom went to the nearest one to her which was this location for her appointment. My mother wanted to upgrade her service and get an add on which she knew she’d have to pay a little bit more. Upon checkout, my mom was inquiring the difference she’d have to pay for her service today. They shewed her off and insisted she was fine and she did not owe any additional payment. She finished checking out and when she was about halfway home she got a message from them saying she was undercharged and if she didn’t return by 8:30pm that day to correct this she would be banned from the location. This was not a mistake on my mother’s end and she attempted to pay at the time of her service. They told her she did not owe anything, so to then imply that my mom is trying to skip out on a bill after their mistake is not a fair situation. There would have been no problem paying the rest of the bill. This is not the experience I wanted for my mom.

I visited the Orland Park location. The spa was very clean and had a pleasant feel to it. I was greeted by the young ladies at the front desk with a smile. The Manger introduced herself and was very professional. I had a facial which was done by Ashley, she was very polite and professional she explained the product she was going to use and was friendly, kind and sweet. I will be back for another facial with Ashley.

Downgrading my review to 1 star simply because they sign you up for emails even after opting out, and the unsubscribe button doesn’t work. And of course you can’t reply to the emailing asking to be unsubscribed either. I’ve reported to Google as spam, but this business practice is gross.

I came in because my granddaughter has been telling me that she want a massage for her birthday(why is a 19yr old stressed out I have no clue) I wasn’t really sure what I was coming in for. The first young lady who was helping me i think she was new,and she wasn’t for sure on everything and then this nice young lady named yadee(i had her write it down because i had never heard that before) came over to nicely assist. I truly appreciated her patience with me and her new coworker. I will be back for all my gifts!!!
