I received a gift card for a free massage to Hand and Stone and was very excited as I had never had a professional relaxing massage before (only PT related previously). Everyone was very welcoming and explained the entire process before we got started. It was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced and I felt very comfortable with the massage therapist that worked with me (I believe her name was Aimee). I will definitely be going back!

I never write reviews but I felt like this one was well deserved. i have been going to the same massage place for years but I got a gift card for my birthday to come here. I had my first experience with a male therapist. Anthony was professional and I honestly got the best massage I have ever had. When I checked out the receptionist did ask if I wanted the monthly membership (I’m sure it’s her job requirement) but she wasn’t pushy about it which I really appreciated! I will definitely be coming back here for my massages in the future!!!

The work they do is great however their management team needs some serious work. I have requested and submitted cancellation paperwork for my membership two months in a row now, yet I seem to still be getting charged 70 dollars monthly. I highly suggest avoiding the membership and just pay per session.

Management is non existent. I had respectfully asked for a pause in my membership and they charged me afterwards. I have called and spoke to a desk person at a minimum FIVE times. I was told they were in a management transition, which I was understanding about. The messages I left are worthless. The desk people say they will leave a note for the manager when she comes in. No call back or refund is ever issued. I was going to pause, but now I think I will just need to cancel. My plan is to go in at this point, since leaving messages with the staff is not working.

I signed the termination forms in August to cancel my membership and they keep charging me even after I did the paperwork. I’ve now been charged two additional months. I was wary of signing up because I saw other reviews with customers having the same problem and I should have listened to them.

Highly recommend going here if you are an athlete or have an athletic build. I often have a build up of knots in my back/shoulders and the massage therapist was able to successfully focus on these area without making me feel uncomfortable. After the session she was able to give me advice and tips how to prevent them from coming back. The whole experience was amazing.

The management team has been very difficult. I have been calling since May to cancel my membership. I now have occurred two more months of charges and every time I call the manager “is not in today, we will leave a message.” I have yet to get a call back and like mentioned was charged 2 more times. This has been more aggravating than anything. I will now have to go back and dispute the charges via my bank to get any resolution. (Aside from the nuances of the situation, if you are a member or looking for a massage therapist, I highly recommend Gina)!

Critical: QualityHonestly, this was the worse massage I have had in my life and especially at your facility. The therapist was more concerned about upselling than listening to my needs. I felt as though she worked on none of the tension areas and sped through the massage as fast as she could. She almost did one leg twice! She did not tuck the sheet to protect myself from being exposed in any way, and at one point she asked me to flip to my side, and I was covering myself to prevent being exposed. I went in to this facility for lots of stress and tension, and I left feeling like that wasn’t addressed by the massage personnel. In fact, I felt like i left with more tension. The massage was so disappointing, I asked the front staff if the massage personnel was new as it felt as though she hasn’t done this work before. My masseuse, Angie, was great. She listened to me about the areas that hurt and added extra pressure as requested. She only spoke with me to ask me to move or if I was doing alright, letting me relax. The only issue I have is that my husband booked this as a surprise for me and two friends for an aromatherapy massage to celebrate my birthday. Two of us did not receive the aromatherapy that he paid for. I would have rectified the situation then, but it was a surprise, so I had no idea. I have reached out and am awaiting a response from the company.
