I tried to cancel my membership a while ago because I moved away but a staff member convinced me to pause instead so I could use it while visiting family. At some point, the membership was turned back on, so I tried to cancel again online. The form was incredibly difficult to find on the website – probably intentionally so – and after I filled out that told me my membership would not be cancelled until they “accepted” the form and emailed me a confirmation. In the meantime, I got charged another $70 monthly fee (days later).

craziest (best) massage experience i’ve ever had. booked an appointment here because i’d had a tension headache for over a week; i could not get the pressure out of my head. i selected a few mini add-ons (decompression, scalp massage, cold stone face massage) that i thought would help and i was blown away. Susan did such an amazing job. i have had several professional massages and this was one of two times that i walked away in awe. absolutely fantastic. this place is next level. their monthly membership deal is so good, i signed up even though i don’t live near Geneva lol. this session at Hand and Stone has convinced me that i need to treat myself to this relief at least once a month. thanks so much for the perfect service you guys. everyone i encountered was great.
