I purchased a package at Christmas time, this is a nice upscale place, everyone is very professional, the rooms are relaxing. When I left I was so relaxed and stress free. I carry most my stress in my shoulders and lower back, she was able to relieve that pressure and pain that I deal with. It is expensive but well worth it being done right. I had made an appointment for my girlfriend celebrating our 3-year anniversary. I had booked the appointment 1 month in advance and was extremely excited about the surprise. On the way there our tire blew and we were stuck on the side of the road, I tried calling to see if we could rescehdule or come in late but the service person who picked up was rude and wouldn’t stand to hear about any of our complications and continued to say we would be charged for the appointment. Even having the audacity to ask if we would like to book another one. I will never go to a place without any empathy for others.

My wife has a membership and comes to this location frequently and LOVES it. Her go to for Facials is Bethany and massage is Ally. She switches off and gets a massage one month and a facial the next. She is in heaven every time she comes home. She has referred several people to both employees. Everyone she has referred has been pleased with their service also.

Originally, my review was about how 1 hour before our session the Receptionist at this location called about a last minute cancellation and they could only get one of us in. It had been my understanding from the conversation the service was free as compensation. Upon arrival we were told we have to pay in full for the single massage, which I felt was unfair.

Called to schedule a couples massage on Valentine’s Day. The lady on the phone quoted me a price of $65ish/person. We got through our massage only to find out it was actually $119+/person. The receptionist fixed this right away an apologized stating that it was a new person who scheduled me, which was great! I was planning on tipping anyway but before I could do so the receptionist was already insisting that I tip. We also felt pressured to purchase a membership. After declining to pay $85/person for a membership she was persistent and kept going over the price and plan with us making the end our relaxing massage very uncomfortable. Also, there were wasps crawling on the inside of their windows while we’re were waiting in the lobby.

The receptionist was not very good. She was hard of hearing which is not her fault but makes for an annoying check in experience. She also didn’t have a great attitude. Our massage was a little short of an hour that we paid for and our check out experience was slow and stressful because we were pressured to a membership in to program and to tip for the service we received. We liked our massage but everything else about it was not good. The value and overall experience is not good enough to come back. I would recommend they make the payment process simpler and not selling people on more than they ask for. The sales should be left to emails.
