My massage therapist was top notch. From the hot towels to the warm compress on my neck to her magical skill of reliving a bad muscle spasm in my back. The front desk was friendly and chatty. Made me feel welcome. I’ve gone to a different location in the past and their service did not compare. Rolling Meadows will definitely be the place I go from now on.

Today was my first visit to the Rolling Meadows location. Everyone was super nice when I arrived. I had a facial with Jane. She was wonderful! We first discussed my skin concerns and then she recommended the rejuvenation facial. Jane is super knowledgeable and has a great touch. I have an esthitician background, so it was nice to have someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you, Jane!

Clean store with a friendly staff. Massages are usually pretty good, but my facial was disappointing. I laid there with a mask on and there was no massaging for a few minutes, then what seemed like an afterthought scratching my hair (not deep enough to even massage my head). I’ve had facials before, but never one that hurt this badly while I was getting my pours cleared out. The results were good though! I hate the sales pitch to buy stuff afterwards.

I’ve had several great facials at this location. The facilities are well-maintained and very clean. Both the front desk team & aestheticians are all extremely friendly & professional. My only advice to potential customers is to make sure you know the exact price of any “add on” services before approving. I unknowingly had a rather expensive “add on” which really made me question the business practices at this location. However, after a pleasant conversation with their manager Leah, we realized it was just a simple miscommunication and she refunded the difference back to my credit card. Customer service skills may have diminished in recent years, but Leah’s caring & kind people skills made a lifelong customer out of me. Happy New Year!

My appt for a 90min Himalayan Salt Stone Massage was scheduled for 1/26/23 but I called on 1/25 just to verify my out of pocket cost with my membership and I was told $20 by the receptionist. On 1/26, I arrived on time for my 4pm appt and was taken to a room right away. The massage therapist (MT), immediately discouraged the 90min service, convincing me that the 60min was more practical and, if I really liked the massage, next time I can schedule a 90min service. I told her I would think about it. She hounded me three times during the service, so I opted for the 60min massage. I mentioned to the MT that I never had this type of service before in an effort for her to explain what to expect. Her communication was horrible. She did not move my extremities with care. Her massage techniques were random, not uniformed. I got the impression she did not want to be there. I asked the MT the benefits of the Himalayan Hot Stone Massage and her response was, “there are many benefits,” and left it at that. The 60min was torturous for me to say the least. After the service, I went to the front desk to check out. To my surprise, I was charged $35. I told the receptionist how I called yesterday and was told a 90min service would be $20 and today, I got a 60min service, and you’re charging me more money? That doesn’t make sense! Mind you, the receptionist never made eye contact, her eyes stayed glued to the computer screen, she never apologized for the miscommunication, she never smiled, she never acknowledged that she was the one who quoted me the $20 over the phone (I remembered her voice). I did not want to make a scene. I paid the $35. I canceled my upcoming appt for a facial and I did not leave a tip, which I typically do leave a generous amount. I will not patronize a business that doesn’t train their staff how to be customer friendly or acknowledge when they are in the wrong. I will continue my quest to find a professional, ethical business to spend my hard earned money at.

I was late for my appointment and they had to cut my time by 30 minutes. It was my birthday, and the lady who did my massage, Teresa, was not helpful. She stressed me out before the massage started and only did my back and feet when my husband ordered a full body massage. He called to complain and find a resolution, but still hasn’t gotten a call back from a manager. Horrible service.

I have had the pleasure of being able to visit this place a couple times now for both massages and facials. I brought my husband in for his first massage and he was blown away. They offer a lot of amazing enhancements that are definitely worth while that fit any budget. Each massage therapist and esthetician have their own techniques so each visit is unique and so far the ones I’ve seen have been absolutely amazing. Plus they have different specials running all the time so it’s not crazy expensive. And they have gift cards and products that make perfect gifts! Overall a really good place.

Not sure why the negative reviews because I’ve always had a pretty good experience here but tonight I received the best massage I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage therapist I HIGHLY recommend Fitz. He was highly personable and greatly skilled in his massage techniques. I left the building literally feeling like I was walking on clouds. The 45 minute drive was well worth the service I received from him.
