Never go here! Was gifted a massage from a family member and was told after the fact that you can only gift 3 a year. While awaiting a call back from their manager they charged my debit card over twice the monthly membership fee without my consent, from having my info on file from a previous membership. Still have not heard from management, and I’m concerned my payment info is not secure. Highly recommend going elsewhere

Had a facial today by Abi. She met all my concerns, took the time to listen and understand the reason for my visit today. She made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. As someone who knows little about what my skin type needs, she gave me more clarity so I’m able to have healthier skin. I struggle with my acne and hopefully I will be able to manage it better with knowledge given. When I left, I met with Breanna at the front desk. Breanna is very knowledgeable and got me signed up for the membership so I’m able to save money on monthly facials. Both Breanna and Abi are very professional and are a good representation of Hand and Stone. Can’t wait for my next facial Thank you

I booked a couples massage and I feel like I need to post about it. My wife came back from a 22 hour trip from the day before so I wanted to take her for some relaxation. We were late which was my fault but I was willing to pay the price for 50 min massage (they were not willing to prorate). My massage was decent but my wife had a negative experience. She described it as basically rubbing oil on her body with no pressure. She put on her form that she wanted to have a massage focused on her back/shoulders with medium pressure but didn’t receive this (not even close). The main reason I am writing about this is because after such a below average massage, we were hit with a $320 bill. I wouldn’t say anything if this was even close to market price but I was embarrassed and disappointed that I paid that much money for such a lame massage for my wife. I don’t like to make a scene at the check out so we just left in major dissatisfaction.

They have some great therapists, but beware of signing up for a membership. It took me 2 months and 7 phone calls to finally get my membership cancelled. They made several excuses – the contract was sent to the wrong email (but I was getting their promotional emails in my inbox), management was at a conference, etc. They also told me that they would refund me for the last two months of my membership because I had put in the initial cancellation request in time to not be charged for them, but that never came through and no one called me back when I called to ask about it.

Wow, what a lovely facility to relax in! I had a 90 minute hot stone massage with Jamie. She was professional but warm and friendly! She went pretty deep in my problem areas but I still felt relaxed afterwards, equal parts productive and relaxing. I signed up for a package that gets you discounted rates and can’t wait to try a facial. Thanks guys! I’ll be back next month (if not sooner!)

This place disappoints again and again. Prenatal massage “speciality location” doesn’t actually have prenatal tables for your belly. The lady talked the whole time about her own kids and cut it 10 minutes short. No thanks, I will not be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Brittany! In addition to being friendly and personable, her facials are The.Best.Ever. She is so skilled at what she does and likes to help educate her clients as to what they may do to help improve their skin. I have received so many compliments since I started seeing her.
